 Terri Bredamus began her real estate journey in August 2023 with Homes By Amy + Co as an unlicensed support person, officially earning her license soon after. Encouraged by her daughter-in-law and driven by a lifelong interest in homes, Terri has always admired the character and charm of older properties. Her deep appreciation for unique homes pairs perfectly with her desire to help clients find spaces that truly fit their lives. Before stepping into real estate, Terri spent 21 years as an elementary school teacher and worked in the social work field. These experiences shaped her ability to listen deeply, understand people’s needs, and guide them through important life decisions with patience and care. Known for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and supportive nature, she brings the same warmth and professionalism to every client interaction. A New Jersey native now living in Martinsville, Terri has also called Pennsylvania and Florida home. She and her husband have three children, eleven grandchildren, and two beloved dogs—a spirited English Springer Spaniel and a sweet rescue mutt. Outside of work, she enjoys biking, camping, horseback riding, sewing, kayaking, reading, and traveling—especially to Ireland and Italy. She’s also lived in 19 different homes, giving her a unique perspective on what makes a house truly feel like home. Terri joined Homes By Amy + Co because of the strong teamwork and personal connection she experienced firsthand. She prides herself on being detail-oriented, proactive, and encouraging—always aiming to help her clients and teammates achieve their goals.

Her advice for buyers? “Write down what you absolutely have to have in a home, what you’d like to have, and what you don’t want. Be willing to be flexible—sometimes the perfect home surprises you.” And for sellers: “Know your bottom line before you list, and choose an agent who truly knows and sells in your market.”
