For me, real estate is about more than houses. It’s about people, families, communities, and helping someone find the place that truly feels like home.

I’m a Franklin County native and have spent my life in Southern Virginia. I know and love the people and communities that make this part of the Commonwealth such a special place to call home.

Before entering real estate, I built a successful career with Carilion, first managing multiple physicians’ offices and later working in physician recruitment. Those years taught me how to manage complicated details, communicate with people from all walks of life, solve problems, and, most importantly, listen to what people actually need.

Today, I also serve as CFO of The Phillips Group, where I bring years of practical business and financial experience to the table. That combination of people skills, business sense, organization, and attention to detail translates naturally into helping my clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions they will ever make.

I also bring experience in home staging and a natural eye for style and design to my real estate career. I understand how thoughtful presentation can completely change the way a home feels and how potential buyers experience it. I enjoy helping sellers showcase their homes in the best possible light, while also helping buyers look beyond what’s currently in front of them and see the true potential in a home.

Outside of my career, I’m the mother of three and the very proud Mimi of three boys. Giving back to my community is also important to me, and I’m grateful to volunteer with the Charity League and the Emotional Recovery Clinic.

When I’m not working, I’m happiest anywhere there’s sunshine. I love the lake, the beach, convertibles with the top down, and pretty much anywhere flip-flops are acceptable footwear.
