Terri Bredamus is a licensed Realtor® with Havenmore, proudly serving Martinsville, Henry County, and the surrounding Southwest Virginia communities. With a strong background in education and social work, combined with a lifelong passion for homes, Terri brings a compassionate, detail-oriented, and people-first approach to every real estate transaction.

Terri began her real estate career with Homes By Amy + Co as a support professional before officially earning her real estate license. Encouraged by her daughter-in-law and guided by a long-standing love for homes—especially older properties with unique character and charm—Terri found her calling in helping clients discover spaces that truly fit their lifestyles and long-term goals.

Before entering real estate, Terri spent 21 years as an elementary school teacher and worked in the social work field. These roles shaped her exceptional ability to listen deeply, understand people’s needs, and guide individuals through important life decisions with patience, empathy, and care. This foundation allows her to support buyers and sellers through the emotional and financial complexities of real estate with professionalism and steady reassurance.

Terri is known for her kindness, thoughtfulness, and supportive nature, paired with a strong work ethic and proactive communication style. A New Jersey native now living in Martinsville, Terri has also called Pennsylvania and Florida home. Having personally lived in 19 different homes, she brings unique, firsthand insight into relocation and what truly makes a place feel like home.

Outside of real estate, Terri enjoys biking, camping, horseback riding, sewing, kayaking, reading, and traveling—especially to Ireland and Italy. She and her husband have three children, eleven grandchildren, and two beloved dogs: a spirited English Springer Spaniel and a sweet rescue mutt.
